Bill Barr

Bill is our Operations Manager. He has been part of our SERVPRO family over 12 years. He started with SERVPRO as a technician and has used his vast knowledge to become an integral leader within our company. He holds seven IICRC certifications, four SERVPRO certifications and a Certified Large Loss Specialist.  Bill is an active member of Harvest Field Corners and has participated in missions trips to Haiti, Pakistan and Afghanistan. He enjoys golfing, restoring his '69 Mustang and camping.

Luke Olson

Luke is our Production Manager and has been part of our SERVPRO family for over 9 years. He holds six IICRC and four SERVPRO certifications, and is a certified Large Loss Specialist. His experience and knowledge make him a great leader on our team. In his free time, Luke loves being outdoors. You can usually find him camping, fishing or playing with his dog Duke.

Jim Brumbaugh

Jim is our Production Manager who joined our SERVPRO crew in Colorado Springs in 2019. Formerly Jim was a SWAT medic and was located in Ohio. however, he has been part of our SERVPRO family for over 4 years. He holds five IICRC and two SERVPRO certifications and is a certified priority responder. His experience and knowledge make him a great leader on our team. In his free time, Jim enjoys riding his Harley, throwing darts, or exploring all the great adventure Colorado has to offer.

Michael Kinlaw

Michael is our Reconstruction Project Manager who joined our team, October 2019. Formerly Michael was homebuilder for 24 years in the Houston area, flipping 150+ houses during the late 90’s-2000’s. Before construction, he was a mortgage banker. He has been in Colorado for the past 9 years with his wife of 5 years and their terrier mix Casey. In Michael’s free time he enjoys playing golf.

Kate Barr

Kate is our office manager otherwise known as the glue that fuses our team together. She is also water certified with seven years of experience in accounting. Kate joined our SERVPRO family in 2015. She is a proud dog mom of three excellent pups and when she is not assisting everyone in the office you can find her outside, probably fishing, with her family.

Chris Rizzuto

Chris Rizzuto is the Director of Business Development who works with SERVPRO of Southern Colorado Springs. His job is building relationships while gathering new clients. Chris has formally worked in the apartment industry with over 17 years of experience in Property Management. He holds certifications in Asbestos, General maintenance, EPA, Hazmat as well as property management certifications. Chris also holds a P.O.S.T in Law Enforcement from Pikes Peak Community College.

Dre Patrick

This is Dre's first job as a technician and he really enjoys it.  His favorite part about the job is the wide variety of losses we get calls for every day.  Dre says, "No two days are ever the same!".  

When not working Dre enjoys making music and playing drums.

Adrian Wilkins (AJ)

Adrian is known as AJ around the office and is a production technician who has proven himself to be a team player and an enthusiastic member of our SERVPRO crew. AJ is a self described military brat who is originally from South Korea but fits right into the Colorado Springs community. AJ has learned advance cleaning and restoration techniques as part of completing our extensive SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. When he is not working, you can typically find him on a basketball court showing off his skills.

Pearce Euler

Pearce is a technician with our company.  Prior to joining us he gained work experience and honed his customer service skills at the Broadmoor and Colorado Springs Country Club.  Pearce describes himself as a very active individual and enjoys working in the field daily.  When not working he enjoys hiking, running, working out, and repairing automobiles.

Jerome Gunn

Jerome has experience in all aspects of our industry; including water and fire damage, mold, air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, mitigation, and remediation. He is currently our warehouse manager and a production technician. Jerome joined our SERVPRO crew in 2017 after working several areas of construction. Jerome is a hard worker who is often doing extra projects when he is off the clock, but he enjoys spending time with his family and takes camping and fishing trips as often as he can.

Malcolm West

Malcolm’s upbeat attitude and sense of humor keeps everyone smiling in the office and in the field. He is a production technician who has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification training program. He joined our SERVPRO team after working with an electrical contractor in Colorado. Malcolm enjoys working and is an integral part of any crew or project. In his free time he likes to golf and go bowling.

Bryce Gamett

Bryce is a production technician who joined our SERVPRO crew in 2018. He comes from the construction industry and has a background in general labor. Bryce has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification training program where he learned advanced cleaning and restoration techniques. When he is not working you will likely find him off-roading or under the hood of his project Jeep.

Nicole Webb

Nicole is our job file coordinator. She is responsible for job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audits of jobs.  She grew up in Louisiana and moved to Colorado Springs 3 years ago.  She loves working with numbers and in her last position before SERVPRO worked as a labor analyst. In her spare time Nicole enjoys exploring the outdoors.

Caroline Fleming

Caroline joined our SERVPRO team in 2019 as a Business Development Representative. She comes to us from a local commercial roofing company and is very enthusiastic to help others while working with SERVPRO. She is the secretary of a national organization and has interned for a top 20 internship. When Caroline is not hard at work you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her dog Coconut or spending time with her family and friends.   

Belle Barr

Belle the Morale Manager has the best/most challenging job here at SERVPRO. With a day made up of 35% sleeping, 50% playing, and 15% begging to go outside, she has long and arduous days. She is certified in Tennis Ball Catching 201, is an accredited BBP (Burger Begging Professional), and holds a AAA rating in Cheerfulness. Belle spends her spare time chasing the rabbits and our stress away. She is an integral part of our SERVPRO family!

Brett Gonzalez

Brett is a Production Technician who joined our SERVPRO crew in October 2019. Brett has been a great addition to our crew, he’s always ready to lend a helping hand and has a contagious laugh and presence about him that keeps spirits lifted. Brett is a ‘Colorado Native’ and knows our city very well. Brett comes from a background of labor-intensive jobs anything from hanging garage doors, laying Turf in backyards to custodial maintenance for large facilities. In his free time, he enjoys playing pool, darts and either referring local hockey games or watching our Colorado Avalanche!

Sean Campbell

Sean is a Crew Chief on our team. Sean is a very laid back and easy going person who isn’t afraid of hard work and taking care of our customers day/night. Sean grew up in Chicago but sure does love the winters here in Colorado! When Sean isn’t working on projects he enjoys living an active lifestyle playing sports, hiking and hanging with his dog Brodie.

Mike Wenzel

Mike is a Production, Technicians who joined us in 2019 - Mike is a wonderful addition to our team, he’s not afraid to do the difficult or sometimes dirty work and is always excited to learn new aspects of the SERVPRO way. Mike’s work background includes working in metal supply, metal fabrication, construction, restoration as well as utility work. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports and he’s especially passionate about disc golf and travels to courses all over.

Seth Sollars

Seth is a Crew Chief on our team. Seth is very detailed oriented, great with our customers and overall a wonderful asset to the team. Seth is IICRC certified in water mitigation, Fire Restoration as well as certified in subrogation and always eager to learn more in every aspect of SERVPRO. He grew up in Alabama and is a big-time college football fan - Roll Tide! When Seth isn’t working he enjoys a good adventure exploring everything Colorado has to offer with his wonderful dog and knows a thing or two about a good microbrew as he has toured several of the 400+ Breweries our state has to offer.

Shawnie Wilson

Shawnie is our accounts receivable specialist and is also the lovely voice you hear when calling our office. Formerly she was the office manager for Southwest Cover Specialists in Albuquerque, NM. she is a retired Army brat that has lived in Germany, California, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, and a few other places. Shawnie has had the pleasure of traveling around the world and experiencing other cultures but was primarily a transplant from Dothan, Alabama where she lived for 21 years. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with family, friends, and dogs and she loves her Alabama Football - Roll Tide!

Brittany Cone

Brittany is our Business Development Representative. She comes to us with a great career history including serving as an EMT and a long history of home improvement related jobs including vent cleaning, and being a carpet tech and is IICRC Certified. She has been married 10 years to her amazing husband who has been in the U.S. Army 11.5 years with 5 deployments - huge thank you to him for his dedicated service! They have three beautiful children together as well as two dogs, a cat, and a guinea pig. Needless to say, Brittany keeps herself busy outside of work but has proven she is great at communicating, relating to our customers needs and concerns and keeping a schedule with our clients. When she’s not busy with her small zoo she really enjoys Zumba and hopes to become an instructor in the near future as well as watching her Georgia Bulldogs - “How ‘Bout them Dawgs!
